How to View Contacts

Contacts can be added both on the web and the mobile device. Contacts are useful for third parties (Ex. Subcontractors or contractors) to be able to sign off on the mobile device, by selecting their name. They do not require a license to be able to sign off.

To view your Contacts:

  1. Click Administration
  2. Click Users from the drop down menu
  3. Click the Contacts tab at the top of the page 

Contacts can be added individually or be mass imported. For mass import, please follow the instructions included after clicking the Mass Import button on the top right of the page.

The Search Bar, Filter and Export buttons are available here to easily sort and export your contacts.


How to Add New Contacts

  1. Click the Plus icon, located at the top right of the Contacts list
  2. This screen will allow you to enter the new contact information
  3. When finished, click Save


If you have added a new contact through the mobile app, you will be able to locate them within this list. Clicking the name of the contact will open their details which allows you to edit their personal information or deactivate them if they are no longer with your projects.
