Form Exporter - Updated

You can now set the timezone for your form exports see Settings Knowledge Base article

The setting will not affect any previous exports, however, if you rerun the previous run export, it will apply the correct timezone.


  1. Click Administration
  2. Click Forms from the drop down menu
  3. Click Form Exporter from the list of tabs
    1. This will open the 1Life Form Tools, another application used to manage your Forms.
  4. Click New Export Job and follow the prompts to select which forms you wish to export
  5. Give your export a title, then click Next.
  6. Type in the name of the form you are looking for.
  7. You can also select certain projects from the drop-down menu. 
  8. The list of forms will appear toward the bottom of the screen. You can choose specific forms by clicking in the box beside the form name or select all by clicking in the box at the top of the chart. 
  9. Alternatively, to the right side, you will see a quick click option to add all forms or just a selected few by clicking on the icons with the number in a bubble.

  10. The form selections will move into the right-hand column, click Next.
  11. A best practice is to select Email me once the job is completed, depending on the number of forms being exported this can take some time to zip. 
  12. Enter the email address in the required field, then click the person silhouette with the + sign.
  13. Click Start Export.
  14. You will be taken back to the form batcher window and can view the progress of your export. (In progress, done, canceled, not started, expired) Please allow 10 seconds between each refresh to see the changes.
  15. When you view an exported form, you will see all the items that have a time input in the selected timezone from your settings page and on the top of the form you will see the Time zone all times are in.


Notes:

  1. if you are exporting a large amount of forms, the process can take a significant amount of time to convert all forms into PDF's.
  2. You can attach Third-party email addresses to the export. Once complete the Third-party will recieve an email with a link to the zipped form export. This link will expire in 30 days.
  3. You can navigate to any past form export and click on the name to rerun the export.
