Settings

To view your administration settings:

  1. Click Administration
  2. Click Settings from the drop down menu

How to Update the Company Settings

  • Click the toggle switch or enter in a new value for the given setting
  • Settings are automatically Saved

General Settings
  • User Profile Editing - General settings toggle on or off to allow users to be able to edit their own profile within 1Life Platform.
  • User Privacy - If enabled, users will not be able to see other users’ personal information
  • Notifications - Turn on or off all notification emails for the company.
  • Schedule the time of Email Notification to be sent after - When your email notifications will be sent.
  • NEW - Time Zone for Form Exporter - Automatically adjusts between standard and daylight time for time zones with two zones listed (e.g., MST/MDT).
  • Allow users to create tags - If enabled, any user will be able form tags while filling out a new form.
  • Show archived form tags - if enabled, any user will be able to see archived form tags when viewing form tags
  • Send assigned documents to mobile device - Turned on will send all assigned documents down to the mobile devices.

Project Settings
  • Project Filters - If enabled, users will only be able to access or assign forms within the project they are assigned to.
  • User Filters - If enabled, users will only be able to see users assigned to the project when signing off on a form of document.
  • Training Records Filters - If enabled, supervisor(s) will only see training records from users assigned to their project(s).
  • Forms Filters - If enabled, supervisors will see all forms from users assigned to their project(s)
  • Signed Documents Filters - If enabled, supervisor(s) will see all signed documents from users assigned to their project(s).
