Web Platform

New Features and Enhancements

  1. Custom Input Fields
    • Web Admins can now create and mass edit custom input fields for employees.
    • Users can see and edit custom input fields on their user pages.
    • Custom input fields can be filtered on the Company Users Page (Admin -> Users).
    • Users export now includes custom fields. For more information, please see the article, Custom Input Fields
  2. Removal of Mobile Document Assignment
    • The feature 'Send assigned documents to mobile device' has been removed.
  3. User Sync Status
    • Web Admins can now view the sync status of each mobile 2.0 user in their company.
  4. Form Instance Enhancements
    • When employees create forms, the isDuplicable field will be set based on the template value.
    • Refactored form instances to handle duplicates better.
  5. File Attachments
    • Users can view file attachments to questions.
  6. New Question Types in Form Templates
    • Admins can add new question types:
      • Drop Down - Single Select/Multi Select
      • Date and Time.
    • Web Admins can toggle the visibility of new question types for their company.
    • Regular users can fill out Drop Down and Date or Time questions.
  7. Form Finalization Settings
    • Web Admins can toggle whether users can finalize forms with unresolved corrective actions (Mobile 2.0)
  8. Template Watcher Notifications
    • Template watchers are informed if they are not logged into the correct organization when clicking on form email links.
  9. Filled Out Form View
    • Form Template column has been added to the default Form Template view
  10. Notification Links
    • Form notification emails now include a link directing users to the form requiring their attention.
    • Course assignment notification emails links go to requiring their attention
  11. Contractor Manager
    • Temporarily hide contractor manager forms
    • Contractor courses notifications and completion of courses has been updated to ensure contractors can access the information

Bug Fixes

Form Fixes:

  • Ensure that the form template includes fields for additional hazards and correctly initializes these fields when a new hazard is added to prevent blanks.
  • Fixed the issue where a web admin or regular user could add form tags under forms, even though the "Allow Tag" settings are disabled in the selected form template.
  • As a web admin or regular user, the forms were getting saved automatically as drafts, even though users are not saving them as drafts. Now drafts are only saved when explicitly triggered by the user.
  • Fixed the issue where web admins were not able to expand the not applicable sections on forms instances.
  • Fixed the issue where a web admin, would see a blank form when they preview a form template.
  • Ensured the images attached to the form opened in a new tab to preview.
  • Fixed the issue when the icons to re-arrange questions do not disappear when sorting the form template questions.
  • Fixed the issue that web admins would get a "form section does not exist" error when adding a new question
  • Fixed the issue in the filled out forms page when reordering the columns revert back to the default state.

Others:

  • As an employee, the format of Created Date and Expiry Date is not correct on the Documents Library page and now have been updated to match the required format
  • Fixed the issue where the option to re-run expired form exporter jobs was missing
  • Fixed the issue where filters on the user list page were not applied in the exported spreadsheet.
  • Addressed duplicate handling in form instances for better efficiency.
















  1. SNS Notifications
    • iOS and Android users will receive SNS notifications when a form or corrective action is assigned to them (for the old app).
  2. Mobile User Enhancements
    • Mobile users can now share forms and document sign-offs.
