How to Send Course Reminders

Sometimes an employee might miss the email notification of being assigned an online course. Here are the steps to make sure your employee is set up to receive an email and how to resend an email reminder to them.

Are they set up correctly?

Double-check the employee’s email address in their profile, to be sure it:

  1. Has been entered as email addresses are optional
  2. Is the correct address, with no typos in it.

There are 2 ways you can send reminders:

1. Course Details

  1. From the home screen click on “Administration” "Training" then "Learning Management System"
  2. Select “Details” beside the course name you are interested in.
  3. Find the employee that you want to send an email to and click on the green envelope icon/ “send email” button by their name. As soon as you click the button, an email will be sent to that specific employee only. *You will need to click on the “send email” button for each employee you want to send a reminder to
  4. alternatively if you want to send emails to all employees you can click the ‘send reminders’ button at the top of the screen.

2. All Training Courses Page

  1. From the home screen click on “Training”
  2. click on “Click here to access the Online Learning Platform
  3. click on ‘send reminders’ at the top of the page
  4. using the quick click ‘select all’ button or you can individually select each employee under the course headings
  5. Once all employees have been selected, Click  ‘send reminders’ at the bottom of the page.
