How to Select Training Record Folders

In the Course Settings, you have the Training Record Folder dropdown. Each course can be set to designate where the completed course certificates will be filed in your Training Records Library. If you have NOT chosen a Folder, they will auto-file under the 1Life designated folder in the Training Records Library.


To change the training folder, navigate to the course information and select the COURSE SETTINGS button.



Here you can choose from the drop-down menu which training record folder you want the documents to go into for this specific course at the bottom of the page (see picture).

Select Save to reflect your changes


If you can not find the desired Training Record Folder, simply navigate back to the main platform, Administration, Training, and Add the Training Record Folder.
