Ready-Made Form Templates is a library of forms that are ready for you to use. These forms were created by safety professionals and can be used as-is. There are forms for:

- Sign In Sheets

- Monitoring Checklists – High Risk Work

How to Import a Form Template
- Navigate to Administration-Forms - Form-templates
- Click the Import From Library button
- Search for a specific form using the search bar
- Select the form by clicking the corresponding checkbox
- Click Import to accept your selections and import the forms
