How to Reset a Password 

  1. Navigate to Administration – Users
  2. Click on the name of the user. You will have the option of updating this employee’s personal information (name, email, phone number, username, etc.) 
  3. Reset the employee’s password by clicking on “Generate Random Password”. If you want the user to receive an email ensure the box is checked off and click Save. This will generate a temporary password that will be emailed to the email address listed for the employee once the page is saved. You can see temporary passwords by clicking the eye icon. If the employee did not have an email address, be sure to copy this password down and provide it to the employee manually.
  4. Or you can type in a specific password and click save. Note: clicking send the user credentials will not send the user the password, only the username.

NOTE: If the account is YOUR account, you will not see the Reset Password option and will instead be provided with options to type in a new password of your choosing. If you have made any changes to this page, remember to save your changes by clicking Save at the bottom of each section within this page.
