How to Transition to the New 1Life Mobile App: A Simple 1-2-3 Guide

Moving to the new 1Life mobile app is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps to get started:


Step 1: Delete the mySafety App

If you have the mySafety app installed, you’ll need to uninstall it. This ensures that there are no conflicts between the old app and the new one.

  • On iOS: Press and hold the mySafety app icon until it wiggles, then tap the "X" to delete.
  • On Android: Tap and hold the mySafety app icon, then drag it to the "Uninstall" option.


Step 2: Install the 1Life App

Now that the old app is removed, head to your device's app store and search for "1Life" to download the new app.

Step 3: Log In with the Same Credentials

Once the 1Life app is installed, open it and log in with the same username and password that you used with the mySafety app. Your credentials will work seamlessly.
