Enhanced Reporting for Form Templates
Feature:
Web Admins now have enhanced capabilities for managing and exporting form templates reporting:
- New Form Template Page: New page found under Admin - Reports - Form. Here you will find a list of all published form templates.
- Filter Form Templates for Reports: Web Admins can apply filters to form templates when generating reports, allowing for more targeted and specific reports. This feature can also be used for statistic purposes, by summarizing the number of type of forms completed for a specific reporting period
- Receive Form Template Report via Email: Web Admins can receive a form template report directly in their email and send to additional emails including third parties. Once the report is completed, depending on the size, the email recipients will receive the report via email. The report is a csv, and can be opened with Excel, Numbers, Google sheets, or any other spreadsheet program. The report contains the responses of the form template and can be easily sorted.

These enhancements streamline the process of generating, filtering, exporting, and distributing form template reports, improving efficiency and accessibility for Web Admins.

Enhanced User Experience and Administration Features
Feature:
The following new capabilities have been introduced to improve both user and admin experiences:
- Client OS Identification for Form Submissions: When a user submits a form via the 1Life mobile app (iOS or Android), the
clientOs
is now set automatically based on the platform. - Group Filter in Training Records for Regular Users: Regular users now have access to the group filter option in their Training Records, enabling them to filter and manage records more effectively.
- Supervisor Column in Training Record Export for Web Admins: Web Admins can now export training records with an additional column displaying the supervisors associated with the training records.
- Identification of Web Tool Form Submissions: Users filling out forms on the web tool will now see a clear indication that the form was filled via the web interface.
- New Setting for Controlling Sync Window for Web Admins: Web Admins now have access to a new setting that allows them to control the sync window, giving them greater flexibility in managing synchronization schedules.

Unable to Copy Form Templates with Single Quote in Name

Fix: Fixed the issue with copying form templates from groups with single quotes in their names.
Regular User Cannot Edit Own Profile Despite Setting Being Enabled
Issue: Regular users unable to edit their own profile even though the setting is enabled.
Fix: Resolved issue where Regular Users were not able to edit their profiles.
Question Descriptions Are Removed Upon Synchronizing
Issue: Question descriptions were removed when synchronizing forms.
Fix: Prevented question descriptions from being removed during synchronization.
Generic Error When Attaching Users to Multiple Training Records via Mass Management
Issue: Web Admins receive a generic error when attaching users to multiple training records using mass management.
Fix: Fixed the error, allowing mass user attachments to training records without issues.
Improper Image Alignment on Full-Size Form Downloads
Issue: Full-size images in forms downloaded by users were misaligned.
Fix: Corrected image alignment for full-size images in downloaded forms.
Column Header Label Replaced with "Group" in Training Records Export
Issue: The column header for "Label" was not displaying properly in the training-records-export report.
Fix: The column header "Label" is now correctly replaced with "Group" in the export report.
Saved View Shows Incorrect Results Before Being Saved
Issue: Saved views were displaying incorrect results prior to being saved.
Fix: Corrected the issue with saved views showing incorrect data before saving.
N/A Option Overriding Drop-Down Date & Time Question
Issue: The "N/A" option in drop-down Date & Time questions was overwriting already answered values.
Fix: Fixed the issue where selecting "N/A" would override the existing Date & Time selection.
Company Form Export Showing UTC Datetime for Created Date Column
Issue: Company form export displayed the created date in UTC instead of the local timezone.
Fix: Adjusted the export to reflect the correct timezone for created date columns.
Form Counts Mismatch Between Filter and Table on Filled-Out Forms
Issue: Form counts were inconsistent between the filter and the table of filled-out forms.
Fix: Resolved the mismatch, ensuring form counts match between filters and tables.
Deleted Form Watcher Still on Duplicated Form Templates
Issue: Duplicating a form template with a deleted form watcher still retained the watcher on the duplicated template.
Fix: Fixed the issue, ensuring that deleted watchers are not copied to duplicated form templates.
Cannot Mass Manage Private Library Documents
Issue: Users were unable to mass manage private library documents.
Fix: Addressed the issue, enabling mass management of private library documents.
Supervisor Cannot View Forms for Too Many Supervised Users
Issue: Supervisors with too many supervised users were unable to view their forms.
Fix: Resolved performance issue, allowing supervisors to view forms for all their supervised users.
Unable to Search Created By When Creating Mass Finalize Form Job
Issue: Users could not search by the "Created By" field when creating a mass finalize form job.
Fix: Fixed the issue, enabling searching by "Created By" in mass finalize form jobs.
Supervisor Cannot View Form Details for Too Many Supervised Users
Issue: Supervisors could not view form details when supervising too many users.
Fix: Resolved issue, ensuring supervisors can view form details for all users they supervise.
Mass Archiving of Assigned Forms Crashes Server
Issue: Attempting to mass archive assigned forms resulted in server crashes.
Fix: Fixed the crash, enabling successful mass archiving of assigned forms.
Mass Managing Documents Crashes Server
Issue: Server crashes occurred when mass managing documents.
Fix: Addressed the issue, allowing successful mass management of documents without crashes.
Generic Error When Applying Created Date Filter on Document > Form Page
Issue: Web Admins or Regular Users received a generic error when applying the created date filter on the Document > Form page.
Fix: Resolved the error, allowing successful application of the created date filter.
