Mobile Signature Files


We’re excited to share an upcoming enhancement to the mobile app that will improve both performance and efficiency, ensuring a smoother experience for you and your team. Starting next week, we will be making an update to how signature images are managed on mobile devices, specifically designed to save storage space and reduce load times.

What You Need to Know:

  • For Forms Assigned or for Record Purposes: Signature images will no longer be automatically downloaded to your device. However, you can easily access any required signature by clicking the "View Signature" button. This will download the signature when needed. Rest assured, you will still be able to clearly see the name and date of the person who signed, even if the image itself is not shown.
  • For Forms to Be Sent: When you download a form for submission, all signature images (including the signatures themselves) will still be available, ensuring you can complete the process without any interruptions.
  • For Web Application Users: Please note that this update applies only to the mobile app. Signature images will remain available as they are on the web version of the application.

This change is designed with your experience in mind—by reducing the amount of data that needs to be synced to your device, we’re helping your mobile app run faster and saving valuable storage space.
