New Features and Enhancements

  1. Form ID Column Option (Web Admin)
    • Added an option for the Form ID column in the form management interface. As a web admin, you can now choose to display the Form ID in relevant sections for easier identification and management
  2. Shared Documents Changes (Contractor Manager)
    • Enhanced functionality for shared documents within the Contractor Manager module to improve document handling, access, and sharing across users.
  3. Compression of PDFs (Web Admin / Regular User)
    • PDFs are now automatically compressed before saving to the server or upon publising in multiple scenarios:
      • When uploading PDFs in form templates
      • When attaching PDFs to form questions
      • When publishing documents or training records
    • This helps optimize storage and improves the mobile app synchronization.
  4. PDF Compression in Form Templates (Web/Admin)
    • As both a web and internal admin, PDFs attached to form templates are now automatically compressed to improve load times and synchronization.
  5. Attaching Files to Form Questions (Regular User)
    • Regular users can now attach files (including PDFs) to form questions while filling out forms on the web, allowing for more comprehensive submissions.
  6. Document Expiry Date Display Issue (Private Library)
    • Fixed the inconsistency where the expiry date of documents in the private library appeared differently in the document details view and the document list view.
  7. Compression of Training Records During Upload (Web Admin)
    • Training records are now automatically compressed when uploaded, optimizing file storage and ensuring better performance when managing large sets of training data on the mobile applications.
  8. Mobile Resource PDF Compression During Publishing (Web Admin)
    • Mobile resource PDFs are now automatically compressed when published, improving mobile performance and reducing storage requirements.
  9. Mass Edit Error Handling (Web Admin)
    • Resolved the issue where generic error messages were displayed during mass edit operations on a large number of training records. The system now provides clearer feedback in case of issues.
  10. Publishing Training Records Upon Upload (Web Admin)
    • Web admins now have the option to publish training records immediately upon upload, streamlining the process of making records available for review or completion.

Bug Fixes

  • Private Library Document Upload Notification: Resolved email notification issue.
  • Private Library Document Expiry Date Display: Fixed mismatch between document expiry date in list and details view.
  • Mass Edit Operation Errors: Addressed the issue of generic errors during mass edits of large sets of records.

Known Issues

  • Forms with Missing Content: Some forms may exhibit missing content. This issue appears when content has been moved between forms for specific users. The content may not be displayed correctly for certain users or may be inaccessible.
  • Scheduled Forms with Empty Answers: Some scheduled forms may be displaying blank answers when they have signed and assigned the form.

Next Steps

We are actively investigating the known issues related to missing content in forms and blank answers in scheduled forms. Our team is working on a fix and we will provide an update in the next release.
