How to Take Ownership of a Form

If you have the supervisor and/or manager permission, you will be able to take ownership of existing forms that have been submitted to another supervisor.

To take ownership of the form:

1. Press 3 Dots in top left corner of screen after it has been assigned to another user.

2. Tap ‘Take Ownership’ from the drop-down menu to set yourself as the

signing supervisor for that form
