This feature release introduces several enhancements to empower web administrators with additional tools for organization-wide management and streamlined workflows. From tracking outstanding corrective actions, mass editing users, to ensuring consistency in project assignments, these enhancements aim to improve administrative efficiency and accountability.
- Changes to 1Life Accounts & Account Verification:
- We've implemented updates to 1Life Support accounts and account verification processes. These changes aim to enhance security and user verification procedures, ensuring a more reliable and secure platform experience for all users.
- Mass User Editing Enhancement
Feature Description: This feature enhances the mass editing functionality for web admins, providing a comprehensive suite of tools for efficient management of user profiles. From updating permissions to editing personal details, this release streamlines the mass editing process, ensuring administrators can effectively manage user accounts with ease.
Enhancement Details:
Mass User Selection:
Web admins can now mass select users for bulk editing, simplifying the process of managing multiple user accounts simultaneously.
UI Improvements:
The Details and Permission tab on the Mass Edit User pop-up window has been redesigned for improved usability and clarity.
Password Update:
Web admins can now update the passwords of selected users directly during mass editing.
Update Personal Information:
Administrators have the ability to update the first and last names of multiple users in a single action.
Permission Management:
Group admin, web admin, supervisor, and manager permission checkboxes have been optimized for intuitive use during mass editing.
Global Settings Integration:
Hire date and title can be updated for selected users using both global and individual settings, facilitating efficient management of user profiles.
Credential Management:
The Groups and Credentials tab provides a user-friendly interface for updating group memberships during mass editing.
Emergency Contact Management:
Administrators can add new emergency contacts for selected users seamlessly, enhancing user safety and security.
Supervisor Permissions Update:
Supervisors can be updated for selected users, enabling effective delegation of responsibilities within the organization.
Username Update:
- Web admins can update the usernames of selected users during mass editing, ensuring accurate user identification.
Implementation Note: These enhancements will be implemented across the mass editing interface, ensuring consistency and ease of use for administrators.
- Outstanding Corrective Actions Report:
- Web administrators now have access to a dedicated report that provides insights into outstanding corrective actions within the organization. This report enables proactive management and resolution of issues to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
- Hire Date Update via Date Pasting:
- Web administrators can now update a user's hire date by simply pasting a date into the respective field, streamlining the process of managing employee records and ensuring accuracy in data entry.
- Mandatory Project Assignment:
- Project "1Life Software Training" is now set as a mandatory project for all new accounts created within the organization. This allows for easy clean up of forms and documents while onboarding.
- Marking Tasks as Completed:
- Web administrators have the ability to mark all types of tasks as "completed" directly from the respective user profiles. This centralized functionality simplifies task management and ensures timely completion of assignments.
- File Naming Convention Update:
- The naming convention for forms downloaded and exported i) has been updated to align with industry standards. Forms will now be labeled as with the date the form was created, enhancing clarity and consistency in file management.
Implementation Note: These enhancements will be implemented across the administrative interface, ensuring seamless integration with existing tools and workflows.
Bug Fixes
- Task Order for Web Admins:
- Issue: Tasks were appearing in random order for Web Admins.
- Fix: Tasks are now displayed consistently in the same order for Web Admins, enhancing task management efficiency.
- Terms of Service Issue for Password Reset:
- Issue: Users could get stuck on the terms of service page when resetting their password.
- Fix: Users can now successfully reset their passwords without getting stuck on the terms of service page.
- Scheduler History Update Issue for Web Admins:
- Issue: The scheduler history was not updating properly for Web Admins.
- Fix: Scheduler history now updates accurately for Web Admins, providing correct and up-to-date task tracking information.
- Form Submission Issue for Web Admins:
- Issue: Web Admins encountered an error warning when trying to save already submitted or finalized forms without a project.
- Fix: The issue causing the error warning has been resolved, allowing Web Admins to save forms without encountering errors.
- Scheduler Report Issue for Web Admins:
- Issue: Web Admins couldn't see employees in the schedules report if attached via a group or project.
- Fix: Web Admins can now view employees accurately in the schedules report, even if attached via a group or project.
- Scheduler History Display Issue for Web Admins:
- Issue: The list of schedule history disappeared when selecting the "All" pagination option on the schedule history page.
- Fix: The schedule history list now remains visible when selecting the "All" pagination option, ensuring a consistent display of schedule history.
- Regular user unable to load the course library.
- Issue: Course library fails to load for regular users.
- Fix: Investigated and resolved underlying issues causing the course library to fail to load, ensuring regular users can access the content as intended.
8. Error when creating form instance due to parameter limit.
- Issue: Server throws error regarding maximum parameter limit when creating form instances.
- Fix: Implemented parameter reduction strategies to ensure form creation requests stay within the server's limits, preventing the error from occurring.
- Error updating form after collapsing section.
- Issue: Updating form encounters error after collapsing a section within the form.
- Fix: Rectified the error occurring during form updates after collapsing sections, ensuring smooth functionality without errors.
10. Form tags selected menu buttons extend off-screen on mobile.
- Issue: Form tags menu buttons extend beyond the screen boundaries on mobile devices.
- Fix: Adjusted the styling and layout of form tags menu buttons to prevent them from extending off-screen on mobile devices, improving usability.
- App becomes unusable when sorting and filtering forms by "requiring my attention."
- Issue: Sorting and filtering forms by "requiring my attention" renders the app unusable due to server overload.
- Fix: Implemented optimizations to prevent server overload when sorting and filtering forms, ensuring the app remains functional without causing server issues.
- Web admin unable to download a form with resolved corrective action.
- Issue: Web admin encounters error when attempting to download a form with a resolved corrective action.
- Fix: Resolved the issue preventing web admins from downloading forms with resolved corrective actions, allowing for smooth download functionality.
- Documents assigned are not appearing in mySafety app for web admins or employees.
- Issue: Documents assigned via CHT not synchronizing with mySafety app for web admins or employees.
- Fix: Investigated and resolved synchronization issues between CHT and mySafety app, ensuring assigned documents appear correctly for web admins and employees.
- Updated document sign off's project not reflected in the signature's project.

- Form project update not reflected in children projects.
- Issue: Updating a form's project does not update the projects of its children forms.
- Fix: Resolved the issue causing discrepancies in project updates between parent and child forms, ensuring consistency across the board.
- Supervisor permission application pop-up window does not close for web admins.
- Issue: Pop-up window for applying supervisor permissions does not close for web admins, preventing successful application.
- Fix: Rectified the issue causing the supervisor permission pop-up window to remain open, allowing for successful application and closure.
- Error validation pop-up displayed when accessing Details & Permissions sub-tabs without selecting a user.

- Incorrect insertion of 1Life address before links in settings causing logout.

- Fix: Adjusted link handling to prevent insertion of 1Life address, ensuring uninterrupted navigation within settings without forced logout.
- Hazard information update in corrective action not saved with the form.

- Documents not sorted properly by created date for web admins.

- Date picker does not reset after updating expiration date of uploaded documents.
