How to View Assigned Documents - Web
If you have had a document assigned to you for review, you will be able to start your document review by first logging into the software and either;
- Select Documents then select the Requiring My attention, you’ll see all documents, forms, tasks, and courses assigned to you. You can click on the document name to review and sign the document.
- Or hover over Documents and select the Assigned Documents sub-menu You can see the assigned (ones you have yet to complete), and the Submitted ( ones you have completed).
Signing Off on Assigned Documents
From Requiring My Attention tab
- Select 'Documents'
- Click on the document name
- Ensure you select the correct project, as currently it is set to the default project "Schedules"
- Review the document, and leave comments if necessary.
- Click to Sign, sign your name and click save.
- Additional Signatures can be added by Click to Sign buttons. Contacts can be added via the 'Additional' user.
- Click 'Submit' to send the completed form to your administrator for review.
From the Assigned Documents Tab
- Select 'Documents' and then 'Assigned Documents.'
- Click the 'Sign Off' icon located on the right of each assigned document.
- Ensure you select the correct project, as currently it is set to the default project "Schedules"
- Review the document, and leave comments if necessary.
You can click the 'Click to Sign' button near the top of the page to scroll to the bottom where the actual signature can be entered.
Click 'Click to Sign' from this location to open the signing window.
Sign your name and click save.
