Overview
Basic Page Layout
The navigation structure of 1Life Platform uses a horizontal primary menu bar along with your company name, logo, and profile button at the top of the page.
Clicking the Your Account button will open a menu that lets you update your profile and the logout button.
Selecting User Profile from this menu will bring you to your account details from within the users page, as seen in the screenshot below:
Many pages can also have additional tabs contained in similar bars at the top of that page.
Primary Menu Navigation
As a User, you will see the following menu items in the blue bar at the top of the screen: Home, Documents, Training & Support.
Here is an overview of the functionality in each of those tabs:
Documents
- Requiring My Attention tab itemizes all of your to do items in one view, forms, documents, courses and tasks.
- Forms tab view all of your forms and if you are a supervisor or manager, you will see your employees forms.
- View the Company document library
- View your assigned documents and if you are a supervisor or manager, you will see your employees assigned documents.
- If you have saved a form, you can find the form in your draft folder.
Training
- Training records contain all of your course certificates and certificates of the employees you supervise.
- Contains the link to your online learning management system and will take you directly to the courses you have assigned.
