How to Access Training Records on the Mobile App

Tap on People in the main navigation, this will show all employees
Tap on the person you want to see records for

Below the employees’ personal details you will see all of the Training Records that have been attached to the employee. If you do not see any records either:

There are no records for the employee
Records were uploaded but not attached to the employee profile
Records were uploaded and attached to the employee but are not published

To view any of the records, you need to tap on the record name.

When you are viewing a specific record you can:

Print it (if a printer has been set up for the mobile device)
Email it to a someone
